You’ll lead and develop an established Scrum Master practice supporting 7+ Product and Engineering teams. As the organisation continues to evolve its Agile delivery approach, you’ll bring greater consistency across teams, strengthen delivery practices and help establish common frameworks that support more predictable outcomes.

The role combines people leadership, Agile expertise and delivery improvement. You’ll lead Scrum Masters and will work to understand what is working well, identify opportunities to improve and develop practical ways of working that can be applied consistently across teams.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Scrum Masters
- Establish consistent Agile and delivery practices across multiple software teams
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Managers and Engineering leaders to strengthen Agile capability
- Improve delivery predictability, planning, prioritisation and flow
- Identify and help resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments and organisational blockers
- Establish meaningful delivery metrics, dashboards and reporting for senior leadership
- Use Jira and delivery data to provide clear visibility of delivery health, progress and emerging risks
- Strengthen governance and standards while keeping processes practical and fit for purpose
- Lead continuous improvement across Product and Engineering delivery
- Build a collaborative Scrum Master practice with consistent expectations and ways of working

About you

- You’ll be an experienced Agile and Delivery leader who has successfully developed Agile capability across multiple software teams.
- You’ll have personally led Scrum Masters or Agile practitioners and can demonstrate how you’ve introduced greater consistency,



strengthened delivery practices and improved outcomes across Product and Engineering.
- You’ll be comfortable working with experienced people who bring different perspectives and established ways of working. You’ll know how to listen, build credibility and create alignment while providing clear direction on the practices and standards needed across the broader delivery environment.
- We’re looking for someone who can balance strong Agile expertise with pragmatic leadership. You’ll know when teams need flexibility and when greater consistency will improve delivery.

You’ll bring:

- Several years’ experience leading and developing Scrum Masters or Agile practitioners
- Strong Scrum and Agile expertise with recognised certification
- Experience developing Agile capability and maturity across multiple teams
- Experience establishing common Agile frameworks, governance and delivery practices
- Strong Jira or similar delivery tooling experience, including metrics and reporting
- Experience improving delivery predictability, flow and cross-team coordination
- Strong understanding of dependencies, risks, release planning and software delivery
- Experience coaching teams and leaders through evolving ways of working
- Robust stakeholder engagement and the confidence to influence across Product and Engineering
