About the Role

Are you passionate about shaping the future of enterprise automation and smart applications? We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud-native software development.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge, enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will leverage modern architectures-including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), autonomous AI Agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and production-grade AWS AI infrastructure-to deliver real-world business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Design &
- Architecture:

Build and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions, microservices, and REST APIs using cloud-native architectural patterns.

- Agentic AI Systems: Develop state-of-the-art AI Agents equipped with multi-step planning, reasoning, memory, and automated tool-calling capabilities.

- Knowledge &

- Retrieval Systems:

Design, optimise, and maintain RAG frameworks and RAG-as-a-Service platforms utilising semantic, vector, and hybrid search techniques.

- Integrations &

- MCP:

Build custom MCP Servers, Clients, and enterprise connectors to support agent-to-agent communication and system interoperability.

- AWS Cloud Deployment: Operationalise AI models and agent frameworks on AWS using Amazon Bedrock, AWS AgentCore, and supporting cloud infrastructure.

Key Requirements &

- Skills

Core Software Engineering

- Proven software engineering expertise in Python and/or Node.js (TypeScript).

- Solid experience designing and building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed cloud applications.





- Robust knowledge of software architecture and cloud-native design principles.

Generative AI &
- RAG

- Hands-on experience designing and delivering RAG solutions or RAG-as-a-Service platforms.

- Technical expertise in Semantic Search, Vector Search, Embeddings, and Hybrid Retrieval strategies.

Agentic AI &
- Frameworks

- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI Agents with planning, reasoning, memory, and tool-calling functionality.

- Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks is highly desirable.

Model Context Protocol (MCP)

- Demonstrated experience developing and integrating MCP Servers and MCP Clients.

- Practical experience building custom tools, integrations, and enabling agent-to-agent interoperability.

AWS AI &
- Cloud Infrastructure

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and AWS AgentCore.

- Experience deploying production AI applications on AWS using OpenSearch, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
