As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced AI Technology Manager to lead the delivery of practical, production-ready data and AI solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a senior technology leader with a proven track record delivering complex data and AI initiatives from concept through to production. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and technical depth.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and leading multidisciplinary teams through design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and operational transition.

A key focus of the role will be the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, including emerging agentic AI capabilities, while ensuring compliance with governance, security, risk, and responsible AI frameworks.

You will play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes across a high-profile transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data and AI solutions across the full project lifecycle.
- Translate business objectives and requirements into scalable technical designs and delivery roadmaps.




- Design and implement modern data and AI architectures capable of supporting enterprise-scale operations.
- Develop and deploy practical AI solutions, including agentic AI applications, intelligent workflows, and automation capabilities.
- Oversee integration activities across multiple systems, platforms, and data sources.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI requirements.
- Manage technical delivery risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders, technology teams, architects, and external partners.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, AI engineers, and technical specialists.
- Drive the successful transition of solutions into production and operational support environments.

The Successful Candidate You will be a highly experienced technology practitioner who combines strong technical capability with outstanding stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills.

Key experience includes

- Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, or machine learning solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading technical delivery teams within consulting, logistics, supply chain, retail, transport, or large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms and data ecosystems.




- Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI solutions, including Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities.
- Experience with data engineering, data architecture, integration, APIs, and enterprise application landscapes.
- Strong knowledge of AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and responsible AI principles.
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders while translating business challenges into technical solutions.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving outcomes in fast-paced delivery environments.

Desirable:
- Consulting experience within a top-tier advisory or technology consulting environment.
- Experience delivering solutions within logistics, transport, supply chain, or operationally intensive industries.
- Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS AI services, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
