About My Guardian

My Guardian is a leading Aged and Disability Care service provider delivering compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care. As we continue to grow rapidly, we remain committed to empowering individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Lead the strategic planning, development, and evaluation of allied health services across our aged care and disability portfolios.
- Oversee clinical governance and ensure allied health practice complies with Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and professional codes of conduct.
- Provide professional leadership, coaching, and supervision to a multidisciplinary allied health workforce (including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatrists, and Massage Therapists).
- Manage day-to-day service delivery, focusing on clinician capacity, caseloads, workforce utilisation, and commercial sustainability.
- Drive continuous improvement through clinical audits, incident investigation, risk management, and the implementation of innovative, evidence-based care models.
- Build effective, collaborative relationships with clients, families, support coordinators, referral partners, and internal clinical teams to ensure outcome-focused care.

The successful candidate must have:





- Tertiary qualification in a recognised allied health profession.
- Proven experience leading allied health or multidisciplinary clinical teams, ideally within aged care, disability, or community health environments.
- Strong, working knowledge of NDIS and My Aged Care frameworks, alongside clinical governance and risk management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workforce capacity, clinician utilisation, and operational performance to balance clinical quality with commercial outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to resolve complex client and qualified practice matters.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current NSW Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle (with a capacity to travel between My Guardian service locations).
