Are you passionate about helping people achieve meaningful therapy goals?

Superyou Therapy is looking for an enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant to support the delivery of clinician-led therapy programs across Wanneroo, Bassendean, Cannington or Fremantle. You’ll work under the direction and supervision of qualified Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists, being directly supported by our Allied Health Assistant Lead.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help clients practice new skills, build consistency and maintain momentum between clinician reviews. You’ll support therapy activities across clinic, home, school and community settings, while working within clearly documented clinical delegation and supervision arrangements.

What you’ll be doing:

- Delivering therapy activities designed and delegated by qualified clinicians.
- Helping clients practice strategies and work toward established therapy goals.
- Preparing therapy materials, equipment and resources.
- Supporting individual sessions, group programs and structured therapy blocks.
- Completing accurate and timely progress notes.
- Sharing objective observations with the delegating clinician.
- Identifying and promptly escalating changes, concerns, risks or incidents.
- Contributing to safe, respectful and person-centered services.

You may already hold a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, Disability, Community Services, Education Support or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.

We also welcome applications from current Occupational Therapy,



Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy students who are genuinely engaged in their learning and committed to delivering high-quality support.

You’ll also bring:

- Experience supporting children, people with disability or therapy-related services.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clear and professional written documentation.
- The ability to follow clinician direction and work within a defined scope.
- Respect for confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- An adaptable, accountable and collaborative approach.

Experience in paediatric therapy, the NDIS or delegated therapy programs would be an advantage but is not essential.

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
