We are seeking experienced Appian Architect who can demonstrate strong Appian expertise and architectural leadership.

Location: Sydney/Melbourne

Key Requirements:

- 8-10 years of client-facing experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of Appian based applications
- Working knowledge of relevant automation and low-code trends, standards, practices
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI and/or applied knowledge of enterprise architecture, including data management.
- Experience with Appian custom development (e.g., language -Java)
- Familiarity with a range of automation and low-code platforms
- Experience leading teams and coaching junior staff
- Ability to provide insight based on experience on recommended actions.
- Industry experience in Financial Services preferred but not required
- Ability to navigate challenges posed by clients and highlight risks as well as solutions for mitigating risks identified.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Developer Certification(s)

- Ability to lead multiple engagements concurrently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong Design and Development in Appian
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
