Are you an early riser with a passion for baking and a willingness to learn? We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Baker to join our friendly team in Frankston.

Working Hours

- 2:00am – 10:00am
- Six days per week
- Tuesday to Saturday, with an additional day as required

About the Role

As an Apprentice Baker, you will learn all aspects of commercial baking, including:

- Preparing and mixing doughs and batters
- Baking breads, rolls, pastries and other bakery products




- Operating bakery equipment safely
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Assisting with daily production
- Following food safety and quality standards

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine interest in baking
- Is reliable, punctual and eager to learn
- Can work early morning shifts
- Works well as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and robust work ethic
- Is committed to learning and developing their baking skills

No previous experience is necessary — just enthusiasm, dedication and a willingness to learn.
