Senior Appointment Setter

$80,000–$100,000 + Super + Bonuses / OTE $130k+

The Opportunity

Green Energy Technologies is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to establish and grow our appointment-setting function in Townsville.

Based in-office with our Marketing team, you’ll work closely with Marketing on lead flow while reporting directly to the Sales Director and supporting our Sales Consultants with qualified appointments.

You’ll be hands-on, working leads, qualifying customers and booking quality appointments.

As the function grows, opportunity to recruit, train and lead a team of appointment setters, taking ownership of appointment volume, quality and sit rates.

What You’ll Do

- Contact and qualify recent and existing leads

- Book quality appointments for our Sales Consultants

- Own lead follow-up and appointment confirmation

- Work closely with Marketing to maximise lead conversion

- Manage appointment, sit-rate and conversion KPIs

- Build the systems and standards for appointment setting

- Recruit,



coach and lead additional setters as the team grows

We’re Looking For

You’ll have proven experience in appointment setting, telesales or outbound sales, with a strong track record of converting leads into appointments.

You’ll be confident on the phone, strong with follow-up and objection handling, comfortable working to KPIs and ready to take ownership of the function.

Previous leadership experience is highly regarded, but most importantly, you need to be able to produce before you lead.
