About the role

Work alongside our licensed electricians installing solar, home batteries and EV chargers. Run cable, mount panels, inverters and batteries, and help with switchboard work. Work on roofs safely, with proper gear and training. Learn battery and hybrid inverter systems from Sungrow, GoodWe, Sigenergy and LONGi. Keep job sites clean and tidy, and treat customers' homes with respect. Help load and look after the vans, tools and stock.

Key responsibilities

About you

- Turn up on time, every day, ready to work

- Take direction, ask questions and learn quick

- Follow safety rules on every job, no shortcuts

- Take pride in doing the job properly the first time

- Be polite and presentable in front of customers

- Current driver's licence

- Good work ethic

- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

- White card, or willing to get one

- 1st and 2nd years: able to transfer your apprenticeship
