Molycop has an apprenticeship in Fabrication (Boilermaking & Welding) available for the right person. This chance is open to both school leavers and adults.

Gain a Certificate III at TAFE, obtain valuable on-the-job development experiences and coaching from expert tradespeople and leaders.

Molycop apprentices achieve a nationally recognised qualification after being trained by some of the most experienced engineers and tradespeople in the region. Working in an environment where safety is the highest priority, you will be part of a down-to-earth company with a friendly culture. You will have a supervisor to mentor you, as well as the support of your colleagues and peers to ensure your time on the Apprentice Program is a positive learning and working experience.

To be successful, you will have completed Year 10 or Year 12 (preferred) or have mechanical aptitude if applying as an adult. You will also have a demonstrated interest in undertaking an apprenticeship and possess the energy and motivation to undertake 4 years of study and training. You'll be the sort of person who has a strong commitment to working safely and is able to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
