Wings Early Learning is dedicated to ensuring the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children in our care by implementing recruitment, induction, and training procedures that comply with the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law, Education and Care Services National Regulations, NSW Child Safe Standards, the Working with Children Check Act 2025 (NSW) (WWCC Act 2025) and promote a child safe culture.





It is a requirement of this role that you have already completed The Government mandatory Child Protection training - both the foundation module (level 1 and 2) and Advanced module (level 3 and 4) prior to commencement with us.

Role Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership or Early Childhood management role (including as an ECT or Educational Leader) within an early childhood education and care setting – ideally a larger service such as this one.
- Experience across all ages within an Early Childhood Setting
- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- A current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and value customer service
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educators
- Have a long-term career view with the prospect to grow with the business.
- Completed both the foundation module (level 1 and 2) and Advanced module (level 3 and 4) prior to commencement with us.
