About Us:

Roux Investments Pty LTD is seeking a full time Architectural Draftsperson to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for buildings and structures.

● Translating architects’ concepts and designs into technical documentation.

● Liaising with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design intent is accurately communicated.

● Conducting site inspections and assisting with project documentation.

● Producing models and visual representations of designs using CAD or other software.

● Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Skills and Experience Requirements:





● Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in architectural drafting or a related field.

● Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or similar (e.g., Certificate IV in Building Design, Diploma in Architectural Technology).

● Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Robust attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.

● Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
