What you’ll be doing

- Lead Asset & Maintenance operations across WA, covering fleet, mobile plant and fixed plant assets
- Manage the full asset lifecycle, including utilisation, procurement, delivery, optimisation and disposal
- Provide technical advice to operational managers and key stakeholders on asset performance and maintenance

· Provide leadership and technical direction to the maintenance team
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, workshop assurance and contractor coordination across WA sites
- Analyse maintenance trends, asset utilisation and costs to drive performance, safety and asset optimisation





What you’ll bring

- Trade qualification and robust background as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or similar
- Experience in asset and maintenance management across fleet, plant or heavy equipment
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach
- Proven leadership experience with robust team and contractor management skills
- Understanding of asset lifecycle, maintenance costs, P&L; and procurement
- Strong safety focus with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
