Adventist HealthCare is seeking a Back Office Team Leader - Patient & Revenue Services at Sydney Adventist Hospital in NSW. You will lead a ~40‑strong team across patient billing, Admission/Revenue services, and support functions, driving performance and patient experience.

Role includes rostering, on-call duties, and collaboration with stakeholders to optimise the patient journey and hospital operations. Training provided; permanent full time, 38 hours/week, Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00.
