PLS is seeking a Training & Development professional to plan, coordinate and deliver the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) training program. You will ensure all personnel impacted by AHS are trained, assessed and prepared to operate safely in an autonomous mining workplace.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will lead the training strategy, coordinate vendors and SME input, monitor compliance, and drive safe work practices across operators, supervisors and maintenance teams in
