Larsen Jewellery is looking for an experienced jeweller to join our Brisbane studio as Studio Manager.

This is an opportunity to step into a senior role where you'll still be making jewellery, while having the autonomy to shape a studio, lead a talented team and work directly with customers on beautiful custom pieces.

Established twenty years ago, Larsen Jewellery was founded with a vision of giving customers direct access to a fine jewellery studio — combiningexquisite workmanship with personal service.

We have grown steadily and now have three studios acrossSydney, Melbourne and Brisbane . We specialise in custom-made jewellery, including engagement and wedding rings, and work with loose diamonds and coloured gemstones. Our jewellery is created using a combination of modern technology, including CAD, and traditional handmaking techniques.

As Studio Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Brisbane studio, leading a team of 4 and working closely with customers throughout their jewellery journey.

About the role

This is a diverse, hands‑on role combiningstudio management, jewellery making, customer design consultations and sales .

You'll be responsible for:

Managing and supporting a team of 4, including jewellers, sales staff and administration staff

Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the studio

Conducting design consultations with customers

Preparing quotes and helping customers bring their ideas to life

Working closely with our CAD team and bench jewellers to develop and produce custom pieces

Managing customer relationships from the initial consultation through to final collection

Maintaining Larsen Jewellery's high standards of craftsmanship, service and attention to detail

About you





We're looking for someone who combinesstrong jewellery-making experience with excellent people and customer skills .

You'll need:

A minimum of10 years' bench experiencemaking fine jewellery, such as engagement and wedding rings, in 18ct gold and/or platinum

Experience with a range of jewellery production methods

Exceptional workmanship and meticulous attention to detail

Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

Confidence dealing directly with customers and conducting design consultations

A genuine passion for custom‑made fine jewellery and delivering exceptional customer service

A good general knowledge of diamonds and coloured gemstones

A high level of integrity and a strong work ethic

The ability to lead, motivate and support a team

Be available to work Tuesday - Saturday

Previous management experience is advantageous, but not essential. We're interested in exceptional jewellers who have the skills and personality to step into a leadership role.
