New Vision Psychology is a leading private practice with 50 clinicians across 5 Sydney locations (CBD, Burwood, Chatswood, Hurstville and Castle Hill) that provides comprehensive psychology services for children, adolescents and adults.

We invest significantly in building and supporting your caseload, and are looking for psychologists who want to grow with our practice over the long term while providing continuity of care for their clients.

We are currently recruiting psychologists for our Burwood, Chatswood and Sydney CBD clinics who meet the following criteria:

1. SIRA-approved + Clinical endorsement

3. Mandarin-speaking + children (3+) + adults across a broad range of presentations

4. Clinical endorsement + children (3+) + adults across a broad range of presentations

3. Mandarin-speaking + children (3+) + adults across a broad range of presentations

4. Clinical endorsement + children (3+) + adults across a broad range of presentations

Start date: Early Nov 2026

We are looking for psychologists who are:

- Committed to building a long-term career with our practice
- Able to commit to a minimum of 12 client hours per week
- Experienced in providing moderate- to long-term therapy
- Confident working with a broad range of presentations
- Empathic and dedicated to building strong therapeutic relationships
- Skilled at engaging clients and maintaining a stable and ongoing caseload
- Independent with a high level of clinical competence
- Highly reliable, organised and accountable
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills

Essential Criteria

- Full registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist
- Min. 12 months of private practice experience
- Able to work a minimum of 12 client hours per week
- Able to work in Burwood, Chatswood and/or Sydney CBD
- Eligible to provide services under Medicare
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

Please note: This position is not suitable for psychologists who currently own, operate, or intend to establish a private practice that would create a conflict of interest with this role.
