We are a service partner to doctor-led health optimisation platforms — clinician-led programs across hormone health, performance, anti-ageing and longevity, delivered end to end by qualified Australian practitioners.

Our job is to build the partner network: the recovery studios, performance and fitness centres, gyms, combat sports centres, wellness spaces, and alike, whose clients are already spending money to feel and perform better. We plug those businesses into a clinical service that would cost a lot of time and money to build themselves, and they earn from it every month it runs.

That network doesn't build itself. That's this role.

What You'll Own

- Your patch, end to end: prospecting, cold approach, discovery, pitch, negotiation, signed agreement, onboarding handover, ongoing client management

- Targeting high-fit businesses: premium gyms, recovery and cryo studios, physio and sports med, IV therapy, performance and longevity spaces

- Getting in front of owners, directors, principals: the people who actually sign

- Presenting the commercial case: what the partner earns, what their clients get, what the clinical credibility behind it looks like

- Keeping partners producing after signature. A signed partner who never activates is worth nothing, not to them, not to you

- Growing the accounts you've already won: more sites, more client flow

- Running your own pipeline in the CRM and reporting weekly on real numbers

Who You Are

- 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development ideally selling into or within the health, fitness, or wellness sector

- You know how to walk into a venue and earn trust immediately - your background, language, and presence fit the industry

- A proven hunter - you open doors cold and close deals with confidence

- Commercially sharp

- Self-managing and target-oriented - you don't need hand-holding to build a pipeline

- CRM-literate with a data-driven approach to your funnel

- Genuinely passionate about preventative health, performance, and longevity

Compensation

This is a commission-only contractor role.

Includes milestone bonuses and on-target earnings (OTE)

Entitled to you is a book of recurring revenue that you build, you own the growth of, and that keeps paying you every month it stays active. In a category that is growing faster than anyone can staff it.
