Location: Goulburn Facility, NSW

Roster: 5 days on, 2 days off (5/2)

Key Responsibilities

- Review purchasing requirements and prioritise urgent or schedule-critical orders.
- Source local and regional suppliers, issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Raise and administer purchase orders in line with approval processes and delegated authorities.
- Track and expedite orders to meet project schedules, escalating supply risks when required.
- Coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies with suppliers, Warehouse, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance.
- Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate, auditable procurement records.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years’ experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Hands-on experience with RFQs, commercial comparisons,



supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and expediting.
- Experience using SAP S/4HANA, SAP, or another ERP system .
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to assess cost, lead time, and supply risk.
- Robust communication, organisation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Goulburn or work on a FIFO arrangement.

Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry is preferred. Experience purchasing industrial equipment, consumables, plant hire, or technical services would be an advantage.
