St Laurence’s College is a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition, with an enrolment of over 2,000 boys from Years 5 to 12.

Applications are invited for this permanent, full-time, Middle Leadership role to commence Monday 18 January 2027.

The Head of House is a member of the College’s Middle Leadership Team and works to encourage and enable all members of the St Laurence’s College community to fulfil the mission of the College as a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition.

The Head of House is expected to lead the promotion and development of effective strategies and programs that are based on contemporary research about teaching and learning, school behavioural development programs and student well-being issues in order to develop a caring,



supportive and responsive environment for all students from Years 7-12.
