What You'll Be Doing

- Drive attachment sales across Sydney and surrounding areas
- Develop new customers and grow existing accounts
- Identify opportunities for capital machinery sales and equipment rental
- Visit customers, sites and businesses to understand their equipment needs
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through to closing
- Work closely with the wider team to put the right equipment solution together

About You

- Sales / BDM experience within heavy machinery, attachments, construction equipment, rental or a related industry
- Good understanding of attachments and their applications is highly regarded
- Commercially driven and confident identifying and converting opportunities
- Strong relationship builder who enjoys being out in the market
- Someone who wants ownership, flexibility and the opportunity to earn well
