Whatyou’lldo

As aCasualty Claims Specialist ,you’llmanage a portfolio ofup to 100 claims, a blend of active and dormant matters.You’llindependently handle straightforward files within delegation and collaborate with senior colleagues and legal partners on more complex claims.





Your work will include:

- Managing enquiries and guiding customers with clarity and empathy
- Delivering fair, consistent, specialised claims outcomes
- Assessing coverage,liabilityand quantum
- Setting and executing effective resolution strategies
- Maintainingaccuratefile standards and following our service model
- Building positive relationships with clients,regulatorsand external stakeholders
- Contributing to team initiatives,improvementsandbestpracticebehaviours

Whatyou’llbring

You’llthrive here ifyou’reproactive,curiousand committed to doing right by customers.

- Experience managing claims in a casualty portfolio
- Strong understanding of legislation, civil claims processes and/or PI/PL matters
- Ability to provide commercial,timelyandwell-reasoneddecisions
- Excellent communication, problemsolvingand stakeholder management skills
- Robust attention to detail and comfort working both independently and in a team
- A law degree is helpful but not essential;healthrelatedexperience is a bonus
