Three positions available as we expand our Occupational Therapy team
Northern Star Supports is growing, and we’re looking for three Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team.
With our larger new clinic in Kurri Kurri and continued growth across our services, we are expanding our Occupational Therapy team and are looking for clinicians at different stages of their careers.
Whether you’re a new graduate starting your OT career, an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for your next prospect, or a Senior OT ready to take on greater clinical responsibility , we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
You’ll work with a primarily paediatric caseload (0–18 years) , with opportunities to support youth and young adults. You’ll provide NDIS therapeutic supports and private services, working collaboratively with families, schools, support coordinators and other clinicians to support meaningful functional outcomes.
Your week may include:
- Play-based paediatric intervention
- Functional capacity assessments
- Early childhood and school-aged therapy
- Emotional regulation, sensory processing and daily living skills
- Youth capacity‑building supports
- Collaborative goal setting with families
- Protected administration time for reports and planning

About You
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current or eligible for AHPRA registration
- Experience or an interest in paediatric practice
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to strengths‑based, participant‑centred therapy
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary team
