Cossiga is looking for a Key Account Manager to own, retain and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across grocery, petrol & convenience, QSR and foodservice. You'll be the primary commercial owner for your accounts — building senior relationships, protecting and growing revenue, and leading joint business planning that turns customers into long-term partners. The focus is primarily on deepening and growing your existing accounts, with scope to pursue selected new-business opportunities within your sectors.

What you'll do:

- Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of key accounts, with a planned rhythm of senior, multi-level engagement
- Build account plans covering revenue, opportunity, risk, competitor position and growth actions
- Grow account value and product range across existing accounts, while identifying and converting new business within assigned sectors




- Protect existing revenue by spotting and managing relationship, service and competitor risk early
- Lead reviews, proposals, presentations and negotiations that keep accounts moving forward
- Keep a qualified, accurate pipeline and CRM to ensure full visibility and consistent follow-through

You’ll bring:

- Proven B2B key account management experience
- Knowledge of grocery, P&C;, QSR or similar sectors
- Solid commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A genuine drive to grow accounts, not just service them
