Calvary in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Permanent Full time Nurse Manager for the Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP). Based in Kogarah, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate patient flow to optimise access, experience and outcomes, while driving quality and safety in community aged care.

You will require AHPRA RN registration, a management qualification or equivalent, and a NSW driver’s license with willingness to travel.
