Achieve Foodservice Sales Targets

Deliver sales and profit KPIs for foodservice channel in Sydney and designated regions across Australia. Develop regional foodservice customer acquisition plans to continuously improve product penetration and sales volume. Acquire new accounts including Asian restaurants, independent diners, chain foodservice operators, QSRs, central kitchens and catering groups. Drive rollout of priority SKUs by leveraging Australian market opportunities, proactively identify new business opportunities, and take end-to-end accountability for regional foodservice business performance.

Foodservice Distributor Management

Manage local Australian foodservice distributors. Collaborate with distributors to set sales targets, key account development plans and marketing promotion initiatives. Monitor distributor inventory, product velocity, customer development and product promotion activities. Upskill distributor sales teams to boost their capability in promoting Haitian products. Conduct regular sales data reviews and formulate business improvement plans.

Foodservice End-customer Development & Relationship Management

Conduct frequent field visits to restaurants, central kitchens and catering organisations. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including restaurant owners, executive chefs and procurement managers. Research back-of-house condiment usage habits, purchasing specifications and budget. Convert product trials into repeat orders via product sampling, chef tastings, chef demonstrations and promotional campaigns. Establish profiles for key foodservice clients and manage full customer lifecycle.

Industry Network & Marketing Event Development

Build local Australian foodservice networks including restaurant associations, chef societies, culinary institutes, food expos, foodservice KOLs, chef communities and foodservice service providers. Plan and execute marketing activities such as chef demos, food tastings, chef networking sessions, culinary school partnerships and trade show participations to raise brand awareness of Haitian within Australia’s foodservice community.

Market & Competitor Intelligence Collection & Reporting

Continuously research Australia’s foodservice market and competitor condiment strategies. Gather feedback from end-users and distributors regarding product taste, packaging,



specifications, pricing and promotion policies. Provide recommendations on product optimisation and channel strategy to Australia leadership team. Prepare sales forecasts and channel business review reports.

Hold valid Australian full-time work rights and local working status in Australia.

Fluent in English, capable of independently conducting client visits, business negotiations, product demonstrations, written correspondence and communications at industry events.

Hands-on B2B foodservice sales experience in Australia; candidates with F&B; or condiment industry background are preferred.

Well-versed in Australian foodservice channel operation. Able to independently develop restaurants, chain groups, central kitchens and large foodservice distributors. Capable of acquiring mainstream local Australian foodservice customers beyond Asian restaurants.

Accept frequent field client visits. Proficient in cold calling and cold visiting for new client acquisition; able to deliver sales targets without solely relying on existing customer resources.

Prior experience managing Australian foodservice distributors, capable of collaborating with distributors to develop business plans and marketing campaigns.

Strong business negotiation and relationship management skills. Proficient in Excel for sales data analysis.

Able to independently execute trade shows, chef demos, sampling and other channel marketing activities. Result-oriented, capable of converting client visits and food tastings into tangible sales revenue.

Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence for field client visits across Sydney and New South Wales.
