Our client, a globally recognised luxury retail and fashion brand, is seeking an HR Generalist to lead the full HR function for the Australian business. The role partners with retail leadership to drive people initiatives, engagement, talent acquisition, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, compensation reviews, policy implementation, and reporting.
