Wood Motorcycle & Mower is a local dealership and workshop specialising in motorcycles, mowers and small engine equipment, providing sales, servicing, repairs and maintenance to customers across the region.

We’re looking for a reliable

Retail Sales Representative to support our workshop operations in Warrnambool .

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
n
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
n
- Prepare quotes and process sales accurately
n
- Maintain product knowledge across motorcycles, mowers and outdoor power equipment
n
- Maintain showroom presentation and assist with stock replenishment
n
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales leads
n




- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
n
- Work closely with the parts and workshop teams
n
- Follow workplace health, safety and company procedures
n

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused and professional

- Good sales and negotiation skills
