This is one of those roles you don’t see every day. A cashed-up, established builder with a reputation for always paying trades on time is looking for a Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator to join the team on a $250mil Apartment Project.

This role is perfect for an intermediate to experienced Project Coordinator / Senior PC who wants to refine their skills and step into Project Management in the future.

You Must Be / Have n

n
- 3+ years’ local experience in Commercial or Multi-Res projects
n
- Relevant Construction Tertiary Qualification
n
- Stable career history
n
- Autonomous, reliable and detail-oriented
n
- Driven, energetic and hardworking with a valuable attitude
n
- Strong communicator – able to deal with trades, consultants and clients
n
- Team-focused – respectful, down to earth, and easy to work with
n
