Location: Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to support the governance and operational management of a large enterprise Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

Key responsibilities: n

n
- Administer Microsoft 365 and AI platform environments
n
- Maintain governance controls, policies and compliance frameworks
n
- Support Copilot agents, licensing, access reviews and lifecycle management
n
- Monitor platform performance and provide advanced technical support
n
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors
n

About you: nn
- 5+ years’ experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 platforms
n
- Solid knowledge of Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange and Teams
n
- Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office 365
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Enterprise Copilot administration experience is highly regarded
n
