$100,000 - $150,000 + Super

A1 Certifier is an established and growing private building certification and town planning consultancy servicing builders, developers, designers and property owners throughout Brisbane, Redlands and South-East Queensland.

n

We are seeking an experienced Level 1, 2 or 3 Building Certifier (minimum 3 years' experience) who values professional independence, technical excellence and delivering outstanding service to clients.

About the Role n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Assessing and certifying a range of building projects
n
- Conducting site inspections and compliance assessments
n
- Reviewing plans and documentation against relevant legislation and standards
n
- Providing advice to builders, designers, consultants and property owners
n
- Managing projects through the certification process from application to completion
n
- Working collaboratively with our administration and town planning teams
n

n

This role offers a balance of office-based assessment work and inspections throughout South-East Queensland.

What We're Looking For n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current QBCC Building Certifier accreditation (Level 3 minimum)
n




- Strong knowledge of the NCC, Building Act, Building Regulation, QDC and relevant Australian Standards
n
- Experience assessing Class 1 and 10 projects
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Sound professional judgement and attention to detail
n
- Current Queensland Driver License
n
- Ability work in a high pace and busy office
n
- Excellent Time management skills
n
- A desire to maintain a high level of customer service and uphold our mission statement.
