About the role

As the Assistant Buyer at HARLI + HARPA , you will play an integral role in curating trend-led collections that reflect our brand and excite our customers. Supporting the Buyer, you’ll help drive commercial outcomes while bringing our accessories ranges to life across our rapidly growing store network.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s newest and fastest-growing fashion jewellery brands, with over 70 stores opened across six markets since launching in November 2024 - and we’re only just getting started.

What you'll be doing:

- Support the Buyer with the day-to-day execution and administration of the buying function.
- Create new items in the RMS, reclassify products and maintain accurate product and buying data.
- Set up and maintain range planners, accurately documenting the Buy and ensuring all information is complete and up to date.
- Manage a high volume of physical samples throughout the buying process, including receiving, organising, tracking and coordinating samples.
- Assist with range building, costing, supplier communication and other day-to-day buying activities.
- Develop and maintain planograms and support the ongoing management of product placement, space allocation and range execution through planograms.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to support effective product flow, stock management and range execution.
- Monitor sell-through and other key product metrics, providing accurate information and insights to support future buying decisions.
- Visit the Warehouse frequently to ensure our quality standards are maintained.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in an Assistant Buyer, Buying Administration,



Buying Coordinator or similar role, ideally within a high-SKU retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, particularly when working with large volumes of product and data.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with numerical data.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with high SKU volumes and maintaining data integrity across systems.
- An understanding of planograms, space management and/or visual merchandising is highly desirable.
- A strong eye for detail and an understanding of how product range, placement and presentation work together.
- Someone who is hands-on, resilient and able to keep pace in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- A proactive team player who enjoys being close to the detail and getting things done.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong eagerness to learn
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing or fashion (preferred)
