Assistant Coordinator / 2IC – OOSH | North West Sydney

We're an Exceeding-rated OOSH service in North West Sydney, and we're looking for a passionate, energetic Assistant Coordinator to step into a leadership role where your ideas matter, your growth is backed, and every day is a chance to make a child's day brilliant.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the Coordinator to lead the daily operations of a high-quality before school, after school and vacation care service

- Mentoring, inspiring and guiding a fun, dedicated team of educators

- Co-designing engaging, child-led programmes that spark curiosity, play and belonging

- Building warm,



genuine relationships with children, families and the school community

- Stepping up to lead the service when the Coordinator is away

- Helping us keep raising the bar on quality, compliance and practice

What you'll bring

- Diploma in Children's Services, School Age Education and Care, or a related qualification (Desired)

- Experience in a senior leadership role in OOSH or ECE
- A current NSW Working With Children Check

- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates

- Child protection training

- Heaps of energy, a great sense of humour, and a real love of working with children
