As part of JVC Group, Australia’s largest Anytime Fitness operator, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an exceptional Assistant Club Manager to support our Northside Clubs (Keperra, Hamilton, Toowong & Stafford Clubs). Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist,
support day-2-day operations with high-performing teams in your club
- Drive membership sales and retention outcomes
- Deliver exceptional member service and engagement
- Build strong local community and business relationships
- Manage club presentation and operational standards
- Monitor KPIs and club performance metrics
- Create a positive, energetic culture
- Ensure a safe, compliant and welcoming club environment
Who You Are You’re someone who naturally motivates others and bring your energy, accountability and a passion for helping both members and teams succeed.
You’ll Bring
- Previous experience (fitness, hospitality, retail or customer-focused industries highly regarded)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales confidence and commercial awareness
- Ability to genuinely support others
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Passion for health, fitness and member outcomes
- Strong organization and operational capability
- Confident with social media, content creation and appearing on camera
- Experience in fitness is welcomed — but attitude and culture fit matter most with our values
- Availability to work some Saturdays is a must.
