We're a Spanish restaurant on the Terrigal waterfront — casual in vibe, deep in hospitality. Our team comes from a fine dining background, but we've left the starch behind. What we've kept is the care, the systems, and the belief that every guest should leave better than they arrived.

Now we're looking for an Assistant Manager who gets that warmth and structure aren't opposites — they're what make a great restaurant run.

The location matters. Terrigal waterfront, iconic position, but we're not relying on the view to do the work. We're here to create something memorable.

And you'll have a team with real foundations. We've done the fine dining thing. We know what excellent looks like. But we also know how to have fun doing it.





What a great shift looks like:

You're at the door setting the tone — warm, present, making people feel like they've arrived somewhere positive. You're running briefings that people actually listen to. You're moving between the bar and the floor, coaching in the moment, not fixing things after the fact.

You're teaching a sequence of service that makes sense — not rigid, not loose, just clear. You're helping the team understand why we do things, not just what to do. And when it gets busy or something goes sideways, you stay steady. Warm under pressure is your default setting.

This role is not for you if:

You need everything locked down before you start. We're still building parts of this, and that requires someone comfortable shaping systems, not just following them.

You lose your warmth when things get hard. Conflict happens. Pressure happens. We need someone who stays human through it.

Pay: From $70,880.00 per year
