ASSISTANT CAFÉ MANAGER

Full-Time | François Eatery, Mambourin

François Eatery is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our award-winning team in Mambourin as our Assistant Café Manager.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, leads by example and understands that great service is about the little things.

You’ll work closely with our management team across the day-to-day running of the café, helping lead our front of house team while maintaining the service, coffee and hospitality standards François is known for.

ABOUT YOU

- Advanced barista skills and strong coffee knowledge
- A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Confident, organised and comfortable leading a busy service
- Robust communication and people skills
- Management or supervisory experience is preferred, however training and development will be offered to the right person
- Able to lead by example and bring the best out of a team
- Full-time availability with weekends essential

THE ROLE You’ll be involved across all areas of the operation, including leading service,



supporting and developing the team, maintaining coffee and presentation standards, opening and closing procedures and helping ensure every guest receives the François experience we expect.

This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who is just as comfortable behind the coffee machine or on the floor as they are leading the team.
