As our Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to inspire your team, drive commercial results, maintain operational excellence, and create an engaging store culture that reflects the Victoria's Secret brand.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service and commercial leadership.
- Analyse sales results and KPIs, implementing action plans to achieve store targets.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, creating memorable customer experiences.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.




- Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, stock management and operational compliance.
- Act as Leader on Duty, confidently managing the store in the Store Manager's absence.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-energy team culture.

What We're Looking For

- Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within a high-volume retail environment.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, specialty retail, department stores or other customer-focused retail businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, sales performance and team productivity.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop retail teams.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
