The Role

O&M; Management:

- Supervises O&M; teams, ensuring maintenance tasks are executed properly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Plant Managers to ensure proper technical activities on-site, including staff and contractors
- Manage Plant Managers on the use of tools, vehicles, spare parts, and equipment, ensuring minimum stock levels.
- Update the Maintenance plans for each project on yearly basis

Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Supports performance analysis and assists in implementing corrective actions in the electrical area.
- Monitor and verify the performance ratio and availability calculations

Incident Management & Problem Resolution
- Coordinates quick response to failures and incidents in the Electrical area.
- Implement continuous improvement plans.

Supplier & Contractor Coordination
- Ensures SLA compliance. Conduct audits of contractor performance.
- Contact OEMs and suppliers to solve technical issues

Documentation & Reporting
- Draft RCA and incident reports for approval and submission to the clients.
- Draft SOP,



SMP and Maintenance plans
- Keep all technical documentation up to date, including Site Operating Procedures, drawings, and equipment serial numbers.
- Draft O&M; Management Plan.

Technical & Corporate Coordination
- Coordinates with technical teams and management to implement O&M; strategies.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to Plant Manager and technicians.

Team Leadership & Development
- Leads and mentors field teams, ensuring skill development and performance improvement.

Quality Management
- Ensure adherence to quality standards. Conducts basic inspections and reports deviations.
- Assist in setting up O&M; activities for new plants.
- Conducts basic inspections.

GMAO (CMMS) Management
- Oversee the management of the CMMS, ensuring the proper scheduling and tracking of critical maintenance tasks.
- Provide support to on-site personnel to ensure the information is accurate and appropriate.

WHSE
- Ensure that jobs under their responsibility are executed according to WSHE standards and support SWMS, Work Permit and PCARs.

Scada · Oversee Scada Operators

· Track SCADA on own PC and ensure response time and communication is as per allocated categories

· Follow up on SCADA problems and progress

· Streamline Scada operator process

· Ensure and review reports to be assembled by Scada Operator for submission

IT

Overseeing

· Network support.

· Hardware and software maintenance

· IT protocols

· Back ups





· Server admin and maintenance.

Requirements:

- Electrical Licence Grade A or Electrical Engineer.
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology-Electrician or an Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Certified to operate and maintain MV and HV Equipment
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Industrial PV and BESS field and 5 years’ experience in O&M; of PV and BESS
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience at management level.
- Understanding of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA)
- Driver licence
