An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Adviser to join a well-established wealth management business on the Gold Coast.

This is a genuine development opportunity for someone who is technically strong, enjoys learning and ultimately wants to become a successful Financial Adviser.

You’ll work directly alongside experienced senior team members, gaining exposure to high-net-worth clients and more sophisticated advice strategies, while progressing through a structured 24+ month development pathway towards Adviser.

The Role

Working closely with a Senior Adviser and experienced Senior Client Services professional, you’ll become involved across the advice journey rather than being limited to administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the development of advice strategies

- Managing and coordinating implementation

- Assisting with more complex advice requirements

- Supporting client meeting preparation and ongoing advice

- Working closely with experienced senior team members

- Developing your technical, strategic and client-facing capabilities

- Taking on greater responsibility as your experience develops

Develop Your Technical Capability

This is an opportunity to work in an environment where the advice can be more technical and complex than a traditional financial planning role.

You’ll be encouraged to understand the strategy behind the advice,



ask questions and continually develop your technical knowledge.

For someone who genuinely enjoys financial planning and wants to keep learning, there is plenty of scope to challenge yourself and broaden your experience.

A Genuine Pathway to Adviser

You’ll receive direct mentorship from an experienced Senior Adviser who has been with the business for several years, providing consistency and the opportunity to learn from someone who understands the business and its clients.

There is a structured 24+ month development pathway, including the opportunity to commence and complete your Professional Year.

Longer term, the goal is to develop you into a confident Financial Adviser with the capability to build and manage your own successful client book.

About You

This could suit an existing Associate Adviser or an experienced advice support professional ready to take the next step.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Experience within financial planning or wealth management
- A strong technical foundation
- An interest in strategy and more complex advice

- Excellent attention to detail

- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine willingness to learn and be challenged

- Ambition to complete your Professional Year and become an Adviser
