- Exciting opportunity to join the Digital Communications and Performance team within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport

- This is a Clerk Grade 11/12 role with a salary range of $154,231 - $178,369 per annum plus superannuation

- Full-time ongoing role based in Sydney CBD, hybrid working arrangements may be available within business operational needs

About The Role Coordinate and deliver strategic data initiatives across the Department. Lead the development of unified data sets, consistent performance measures, and sector-specific insights that inform decision-making and demonstrate impact. Play a key role in shaping a cohesive data strategy that brings together priorities from across the Department.

Ensure alignment with the Department’s data governance frameworks and contribute to creating a coherent, high-quality data environment that supports reform and department-wide objectives.

About You

We're looking for someone with robust experience in performance reporting, data analysis and turning complex information into clear, practical insights. They will need to be confident working with senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional work, and driving outcomes in a large and complex organisation. Experience with executive, Cabinet or Treasury reporting, performance frameworks, data governance and continuous improvement would be highly regarded.
