This is a genuine growth opportunity offering an existing patient book, broad clinical scope and the flexibility to build a working arrangement around your lifestyle.

The opportunityThe successful Associate Dentist will initially take over approximately two to three days of an established patient book, providing continuity of care while developing robust, long-term patient relationships.

Part-time or full-time arrangements may be considered for the right clinician, with genuine flexibility around family commitments and school holidays.

Remuneration is offered at 40% of billings.

Clinical scopeThe practice provides comprehensive general dentistry, including:

- Preventive and restorative dentistry
- Extractions
- Endodontics
- Periodontal treatment
- Prosthodontics
- Children’s dentistry
- Clear aligner therapy
- Patient education and treatment planning

You’ll have genuine clinical autonomy and the opportunity to develop your areas of professional interest within a supportive general practice environment. The practice does not expect every clinician to immediately perform all procedures. Candidates are encouraged to be open about their clinical strengths and any areas where additional support may be beneficial.

About youWe would love to hear from an Associate Dentist who:
- Holds current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
- Delivers ethical, patient-centred care
- Communicates clearly and builds genuine rapport with patients
- Is comfortable working independently within their experience and competence

- Wants to establish meaningful, long-term patient relationships

Technical skills are important, but so are warmth, communication and the ability to help patients feel heard, understood and confident in their care.
