Remuneration: Up to $189,000 total remuneration package (inclusive of employer superannuation contributions), depending on skills and experience. The OpportunityAs Associate Director, Commercial Finance, you’ll play a key strategic role supporting the Chief Financial Officer and helping drive Monash College’s financial and operational objectives. You’ll lead the Finance Business Partnering team,



providing meaningful financial insights and commercial advice to support informed decision-making across the College.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and lead the implementation of a framework to enable consistent and high-quality financial reporting, support, decision making and advice across all business units.

- Manage the provision of financial analytical support to business units, including reporting, analysis, coordination of financial planning (including budgets and forecasts)

- Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with broader business goals and ensure cohesive decision-making across the organisation, including managing the communication and implementation of the financial planning framework across the College

- Identify potential financial risks and opportunities within commercial activities, assess their potential impact, and develop strategies to mitigate risks while maximising returns

- Provide strategic advice on financial decisions to promote and maximise new and existing revenue streams

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Finance / Commerce or other relevant qualification

- CA or CPA qualified with extensive relevant post qualification experience in a commercial organisation





- Extensive experience in the provision of high quality financial and management accounting services
