Associate Director / Director – Business Services & Advisory | Western Sydney

Established firm | Senior leadership role | Genuine growth opportunity An established and successful accounting and advisory firm is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director or Director.

This is a senior role for someone who wants to move beyond simply managing a portfolio and play a meaningful part in the ongoing growth and leadership of a well-established practice.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with the existing Partners and Directors across a high-quality portfolio of privately owned businesses.

The client base ranges from established SMEs through to substantial private groups, with the work extending well beyond compliance into business advisory, structuring, outsourced CFO and broader commercial advice .

Depending on your background and strengths, the role could include:

- Managing and developing key client relationships
- Leading and mentoring an established Business Services team
- Providing high-level commercial and strategic advice
- Developing new business and referral relationships
- Contributing to the growth and direction of the practice
- Working alongside Partners on larger and more complex clients
- Building your own profile and client base within an established firm





Who We're Looking For You'll ideally be an experienced Associate Director, Director or senior Business Services professional from Australian public practice.

You'll combine strong technical and commercial skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with business owners.

An existing fee base or strong referral network would be attractive, but isn't essential . The firm is equally interested in someone who has demonstrated the ability and appetite to develop business and wants the platform and support to take that further. CA or CPA qualification is preferred.
