As the lead specialist for Quality in Business Advisory & Compliance, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Adding value to clients while embodying and promoting the firm's core values and principles.
- Liaising and communicating with Directors and the Board.
- Managing effective working relationships.
- Driving process and systems improvements and providing strategic recommendations within Business Advisory.
- Revenue and resourcing strategic planning and implementation.
- Workflow management and skillset development.
- Monitoring and improving productivity across teams and individuals.




- Providing direct staff and team mentorship, including performance management, goal setting, delegation and client relationships.
- Expanding and extending services provided to the client portfolio.
- Maintaining client retention and satisfaction while ensuring adherence to firm procedures and policies.
