Energy Wise Solutions is a Queensland Solar and Battery company. We design, sell and install the systems ourselves - our own crews, our own electricians, our own licence. When you sell something here you can drive past it a fortnight later and see it on the roof.

We're taking on three Associate Energy Consultants to join our team and putting them through the pathway that leads to those numbers.

THE EARNING LADDER

This is our actual commission structure, not a recruitment fantasy. You get the full document with these numbers in it on day one.

Associate Energy Consultant, weeks 1-4: $75k - $95k

Energy Consultant, weeks 4-6: $115k - $145k

Senior Energy Consultant, week 7+: $155k - $260k

Top performers, four positive jobs a week: $300k+

Nobody is promising you the bottom row. What we're promising is that the rows are real, the steps between them are written down as numbers, and nobody decides your promotion on a feeling.

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS

You find the business. Mornings on the phone, late afternoons on the doors, Saturday mornings in the estates where people are home. You work out who has a power bill worth fixing, and you book them an appointment.

You don't sell at the door and you don't sign anyone up. One of our Senior Consultants runs the appointment - and you go with them whenever you can, because that's how you learn to do what they do.

You get paid on every job that installs off an appointment you booked.

$1,000 a week base,



paid whether you sell or not. This is not a commission-only role.

$300 per sale that closes off an appointment you booked. The first one each week covers your base, everything after is yours, uncapped.

Book ten appointments a week - our target - and you're on roughly $1,600+ a week while you're learning.

Super, and a real induction. Not a trial, not a contract, not "self-employed".

WHO WE'RE AFTER

You can talk to a stranger and not fall apart when they say no

You'll knock on a door in the Queensland heat at 4pm on a Tuesday

You turn up on time, every day, without being chased

Full driver's licence and your own car

You want to learn the actual trade - sizing systems, reading bills, understanding rebates - not just read a script

No solar experience needed. We'd rather teach you our way. If you've done hospitality, trades, retail, gym memberships, real estate or the army, you'll pick this up quickly.

WHAT THIS ISN'T

It isn't $300k in year one - that's the top of a ladder, not the first rung, and it takes most people a year or more to get near it. It isn't working from home. It isn't a job where you can hide. The first month is hard and roughly one in three people don't last it. We'd rather say that now than in week three.
