Reporting to the Practice Manager with a secondary reporting line to the COO, you will provide high quality, client-centred hearing care to clients of all ages. Your focus will be on providing diagnostic and rehabilitation services at our Wantirna and Boronia clinics where you will have opportunities to advance and optimize our current service offerings.

The role sits within a busy and friendly team that deeply values collaboration, empathy, and mutual support. It is a quick-paced, varied position where you will provide services through various funding sources including Medicare, the Hearing Services Program and other third-party funding and insurance sources. We operate in a completely client-centred environment, meaning your focus remains purely on delivering genuine solutions that are tailored to client needs.

About the role

You will focus on

- Audiological assessment and management: Conducting audiological assessment of children and adults with empathy and integrity and managing hearing impairment and ear conditions.
- Hearing rehabilitation: Providing client-centred and personalised hearing rehabilitation services for privately funded, HSP,



DVA or compensation funded adults including recommendation and fitting of hearing devices, counselling and communication training.
- Additional services: Tinnitus management, ear protection and wax removal.
- Client-centred care: Committed to providing support, tailoring solutions to your client’s specific needs as well as building rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Education and outreach: Participation in clinical meetings, contribution to team development, community engagement with local GPs and allied health professionals and contributing blog articles and educational content.

About you The ideal candidate is a reliable, empathetic and self-motivated hearing care professional who takes pride in their work and collaborates with clients of all ages to improve their hearing to connect them to their world. Success looks like someone who thrives in a busy environment, is adaptable and has a “can-do” approach.

- Formal qualifications in Clinical Audiology.
- Membership or eligible for membership with Audiology Australia or equivalent and a QP number.
- Comprehensive computer and equipment troubleshooting skills.
- Current Australian drivers’ license and ability to travel between clinics where required.
