The Opportunity

As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of real estate agencies across Australia. You'll help clients maximise the value of the platform by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, delivering training, and building long-term partnerships.

This is a relationship-driven role where you'll make a genuine impact on your clients' success.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with agency clients nationwide.
- Onboard new clients and implement systems and operational processes.
- Deliver engaging weekly Zoom training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting.




- Identify opportunities to improve client workflows and efficiencies.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service and communication.

The Candidate

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management or Sales Administration
- Strong leadership and client management skills
- High level of confidence with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with PropertyMe (highly regarded)
