Please note, it is a Monday-Friday role with the hours being 7:00AM - 4:00PM. No overtime required.

What You'll Do:

Operate and maintain PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating equipment to achieve exceptional finishes.

Prepare and inspect parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards before and after coating.

Monitor processes and adjust parameters for optimal performance and efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as required.





Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and deliver outstanding results.

What We're Looking For:

Experience operating PVD or similar coating equipment (preferred but not essential training can be provided for the right candidate).

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proactive attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
