Our client is an Australian investment organisation seeking a junior Data Officer to support its Investments and Investment Services teams.

You’ll help prepare investment pipeline and portfolio reporting, check data from multiple sources and ensure information is accurate before it is shared with senior stakeholders. This is a great chance for someone with strong Excel skills who enjoys working with data and wants broader exposure to investments.

Data Officer | 6-month fixed-term contract

Key Responsibilities

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on investment opportunities and pipeline activity.

Extract, collate and validate data from multiple sources.

Maintain reporting templates, data repositories and dashboards.

Reconcile reporting outputs and investigate discrepancies.

Support the preparation of Executive, Committee and Board reporting.

Help improve data quality and reporting processes.





Skills & Experience

Experience in a data, reporting, operations or analyst support role.

Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.

Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.

Good organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Clear communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.

Power BI, CRM systems or investment reporting experience would be advantageous.
