$52–$60/hr + Super

Take-home vehicle | Paid overtime | RDO accrual

Adshel Electrical & Air is a family-owned business with over 20 years’ experience across South East Queensland. We are looking for an experienced Qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team.

The role

Predominantly commercial HVAC and refrigeration work, including:

- Service, maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding
- Split, ducted and packaged AC systems
- Commercial refrigeration and ventilation
- Installations, replacements, upgrades and fit-outs
- Preventative maintenance
- Some residential service and installation work

What we’re looking for

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- RAC01 Full Refrigerant Handling Licence
- QBCC Mechanical Services licence or eligibility
- QLD Restricted Electrical Work Licence
- Australian Driver Licence and White Card
- Solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills




- Commercial experience strongly preferred
- Reliable, professional and committed to quality workmanship

Experience with commercial refrigeration, HVAC controls, BMS, ventilation or larger commercial plant will be highly regarded.

- $52–$60/hr plus super, depending on experience and capability
- Overtime, penalty rates and applicable allowances paid on top of hourly rate
